When your face is smiling
But your eyes are crying
When your body's moving
But your heart is dying
Take a step back
Look around the world,
stars and flowers, open skies
Birds out singing loud
Take your worries in your stride
life is but a bumpy ride
smile your way throughout
that what it hink happiness is about !

and I had no idea.... this one is lovely - maybe because it is exactly what I have been feeling for a while and well, maybe still feeling - but that's the beauty of poems - they appeal the inner self!
